The couple were met by the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall before travelling to Windsor to be received by the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. The couple will attend a glittering state banquet at Windsor Castle. Mr Sarkozy is also set to address both Houses of Parliament and meet Gordon Brown at Westminster, where they are expected to cover issues ranging from global finance to Afghanistan.
